Crafted from Rare Australian Timbers – Only 7 Made

Where timber meets tech.

Built for gamers who appreciate craftsmanship as much as console time, this stand holds two controllers and a headset with clean lines, precision dowel joinery, and a design that just feels right.

Each one is handcrafted from a bold mix of Jarrah, Tasmanian Oak, rare Red Tingle,  Meranti and Rose Gum - no two are exactly the same. The grain, the tone, the detail… it’s all there. This isn’t mass-produced. It’s small-batch, workshop-made, and finished to last.

Only 7 of these exist. Once they’re gone, they’re gone - for good.

Because every piece is handmade, the one you receive might vary slightly from the photos - but the design, layout, and overall feel are exactly the same. Each one is essentially identical, just with its own natural fingerprint.

Made in the Deano Builds workshop and shipped straight from HQ. No plastic. No shortcuts. Just timber, tools, and time well spent.

Red Tingle (Eucalyptus jacksonii)

Growing exclusively within a 60km stretch of southwestern Australia, Red Tingle (Eucalyptus jacksonii) is one of the rarest hardwoods in the world. Found nowhere else, this ancient giant thrives in the unique coastal forests near Walpole, where its towering presence and immense buttressed roots have stood for centuries.

As a protected species, Red Tingle cannot be commercially harvested, making it an incredibly exclusive material. The timber used in our work comes solely from naturally fallen trees (deadfall) collected from private properties, ensuring that each piece is both sustainable and steeped in history. With its deep red-brown hues, bold grain patterns, and remarkable durability, Red Tingle offers strength and beauty that is as rare as the land it comes from.

Premium Jarrah Wood (Eucalyptus marginata)

Native exclusively to the iron-rich soils of Western Australia, Jarrah is a rare and highly sought-after hardwood known for its striking deep red to brown hues. This slow-growing timber is prized for its exceptional density, durability, and resistance to rot, termites, and fire, making it one of the toughest and longest-lasting woods available. Its tight, interlocked grain not only enhances strength but also produces a beautiful natural luster when finished. Due to its limited geographic range and superior properties, Jarrah remains a premium choice for high-quality craftsmanship that stands the test of time

Premium Tasmanian Oak (Eucalyptus regnans, Eucalyptus delegatensis, Eucalyptus obliqua)

Sourced from the cool, temperate forests of Tasmania and southeastern Australia, Tasmanian Oak is a premium hardwood prized for its versatility, strength, and elegant appearance. Despite its name, it isn’t a true oak but a collective term for three Eucalyptus species (Eucalyptus regnans, Eucalyptus delegatensis, and Eucalyptus obliqua), each contributing to its warm, honey-toned hues and distinctive grain patterns. This dense yet workable timber offers excellent stability, durability, and a smooth finish, making it a favorite for fine furniture and bespoke joinery. Its exclusivity to select Australian regions ensures that every piece carries the character and resilience of its natural environment

Meranti (Shorea spp.)

Originally native to the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia, Meranti is a versatile hardwood prized for its warm tones, smooth grain, and excellent workability. With hues ranging from soft pinks to rich reddish-browns, this timber is valued for its natural beauty and ease of finishing.

At Deano Builds, we source our Meranti exclusively from sustainable plantations in Queensland, Australia, ensuring both high-quality craftsmanship and responsible forestry practices. Known for its strength-to-weight ratio, Meranti is durable yet lightweight, making it an ideal choice for fine woodworking. Its resistance to warping and ability to take finishes beautifully make it a staple material for enduring, thoughtfully crafted pieces.

Rose Gum (Eucalyptus grandis)

Native to the east coast of Australia, Eucalyptus Grandis is a fast-growing hardwood admired for its pale pink to reddish hues and straight, even grain. Also known as Rose Gum, its natural luster and fine texture give it a refined appearance, making it a standout choice for both structural and feature applications.

At Deano Builds, we select sustainably grown Eucalyptus Grandis from responsible forestry sources in Queensland and New South Wales. Valued for its strength, stability, and workability, this timber performs beautifully in cabinetry, furniture, and detailed internal finishes. Its blend of visual warmth and structural integrity makes it a reliable, good-looking material for projects that demand both form and function.

Care Instructions for Your Wood Product

To ensure the longevity and beauty of your handcrafted wood piece, follow these simple care guidelines:

  • Avoid soaking in water – Prolonged exposure to moisture can cause warping or damage.
  • Clean gently – Wipe with a lightly damp cloth and dry immediately. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap, but avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Do not place in the dishwasher – The intense heat and water exposure can weaken the wood and damage the finish.
  • Keep out of direct sunlight – Prolonged UV exposure can cause fading, drying, or cracking over time.
  • Maintain with food-safe oil – To nourish and protect the surface, periodically apply a food-safe oil (such as mineral oil or beeswax-based finishes) and buff gently.

With the right care, your wooden piece will age gracefully, developing a rich patina while maintaining its strength and beauty
